At the inauguration ceremony of the Khorazi Martyrs' Memorial Center and Museum, Iranian Foreign Minister Araqchi emphasized neighborhood policy and the doctrine of endogenous security, clearly stating that regional prosperity requires a collective commitment to peace, mutual respect, sovereign equality, and shared responsibility; security is by no means an imported concept. He stressed that neighboring countries are not competitors, but key partners in achieving a peaceful future, and announced Iran's readiness to develop proactive diplomacy, bilateral and multilateral dialogues, and the peaceful resolution of differences to enhance transparency and mutual trust.
