Oct 26 — Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said at a regular briefing
China noted Brazil’s Superior Electoral Court had declared Lula the winner of
the second-round presidential vote and congratulated him. China said it is
willing to work with Brazil to continue advancing the China-Brazil community of
shared future.
