These companies need to invest heavily upfront to purchase GPUs and build computing infrastructure, then recoup costs by leasing computing power. If financing conditions tighten, computing power leasing prices fall, or customer demand falls short of expectations, these high capital expenditures may struggle to translate into corresponding cash flow, further increasing refinancing and debt repayment pressures. At the same time, the rapid iteration of GPUs means that companies must continuously update their equipment to maintain competitiveness. The core risk of the neo-cloud business model lies in the continuous incurrence of capital investment, equipment depreciation, and financing costs, while revenue growth and long-term capacity utilization remain uncertain.
