Hong Kong stocks closed with the HSI up 0.51% and the Hang Seng Tech Index down 0.36%. Turnover HKD 175.76 bln. Sector action: oil, coal, property and gas names were most active; commercial aerospace, gold, semiconductors, optical communications and PCB sectors underperformed. Selected movers: Yangtze Optical Fiber and Cable (06869.HK) down nearly 9%, Lens Technology (06613.HK) down over 7%, Zijin Mining (02899.HK) and GigaDevice Semiconductor (03986.HK) down about 6%, Hua Hong Semiconductor (01347.HK) down ~5%; Greentown Service (02869.HK) up nearly 7%, COSCO Shipping Energy (01138.HK) up over 6%, PetroChina (00857.HK) up nearly 6%, Meituan (03690.HK) up over 3%.
