Longxun Semiconductor (Hefei) is pursuing an overseas H-share issuance and
listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company has
received a CSRC filing notice for a proposed offering of up to 23.878 mln
ordinary shares for listing on HKEX. The transaction still requires approvals
from the Hong Kong SFC, HKEX and other regulators and is subject to market
conditions and other factors; timing and implementation remain uncertain.
