Shares have plunged in recent sessions. Jinma Amusement said operations are normal, fundamentals have not experienced material adverse changes, and there are no undisclosed material matters. Its cultural-tourism equipment business has a healthy order backlog and international revenue rose 326% YoY in 1H, reflecting marked overseas expansion. New embodied-intelligence business is progressing; small-batch deliveries of smart-robot retail service stores have been completed and deployed at more than 20 domestic commercial and cultural-tourism sites, with subsequent deliveries on schedule.
