Iran's Persian Gulf Straits Authority: Over the past three months, vessels belonging to Changjin Shipping (a South Korean shipping and logistics company) have been involved in the most passage violations, and enforcement measures have already been taken against at least seven of them. All cargo owners, beneficiaries, and insurance service providers are hereby warned that legal action will be taken against all such vessels violating regulations starting November 1st.
