India’s diesel exports are expected to rise sharply next year as new refining capacity comes online, potentially relieving shortages in markets from the US to Europe. Oil Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said state refiners will add at least 15 mln tons/year of diesel production through new refineries and expansions, allowing India to meet domestic demand and supply global markets.
