Verkhovna Rada human rights commissioner Lubinets said on Oct 27 that, as of
17:30 local time, both Ukrainian and Russian forces had complied with designated
ceasefire arrangements in Aleshky related to humanitarian operations and no
violations were detected. The ceasefire began at 03:00 Kyiv time on Oct 27 and
is scheduled to run until 22:59 on Nov 1.
