Voting in Israel's 26th Knesset election ended at 04:00 Beijing time on Oct. 28.
The Central Elections Committee said turnout had reached 74.3% by 20:00 that
day, versus 66.3% at the same point in 2022 — the highest for that time slot
since 1988; final turnout is expected to rise. Parties must pass a 3.25%
threshold to enter the 120-seat Knesset. Exit polls from Channel 12 and Channel
11 project Prime Minister NETANYAHU's Likud as the largest party with 24–25
seats, and the list led by former IDF chief of staff Gadi Eizenkot on 21–22
seats.
