At the open, China's most-active futures contracts were mixed. Coking coal rose
over 3%; coke, soda ash and lithium carbonate gained more than 2%; flat glass
was up about 2%; aluminum, PVC and Shanghai silver rose above 1%. Shanghai crude
(SC) fell more than 2%; benzene, fuel oil, soybean No.2, PTA, coated paper and
paraxylene dropped over 1%.
