Xinzhoubang said at a results briefing that since acquiring Shilei Fluorine
Materials the unit has performed well and contributed positively to the group
results. Shilei currently has about 36,000 tpa of LiPF6 capacity and is
technology and line upgrades, with capacity expected to reach
50,000–60,000 tpa by year-end. Xinzhoubang is also building a new LiPF6 facility
in Yichang, Hubei; once commissioned the Yichang base will add 60,000 tpa and
materially raise the company’s core raw‑material self‑sufficiency to meet
medium‑to‑long‑term electrolyte demand.
