transport and public-security authorities to provide guidance and services. The
draft urges deployment of big data, blockchain and AI to expand application
scenarios and raise digitalisation and intelligence of taxi service and
management, and promotes a green, low‑carbon transition by encouraging adoption
of new technologies, new energy and new equipment in the industry.
