MOFCOM, NDRC, MEE and CUSTOMS jointly issued a notice to deepen trade Liberalization and facilitation in the Hainan free trade port. Measures include promoting service-trade liberalization; optimizing domestic trade credit insurance and supporting Hainan-based domestic and foreign-trade firms to purchase domestic-trade insurance with expanded underwriting support for integrated domestic-foreign trade; and further easing entry for foreign nationals via more convenient work-permit and residence policies.
