Shenghong Technology said AI compute demand is driving stronger high-end PCB orders and deliveries. The company reports a full order book and order visibility at historical highs, with scheduling for high-layer, advanced HDI and mSAP products extending into 2027; capacity expansion is backed by confirmed orders and demand. It added more than 50 new customers in 1H2026, over half in AI high-end segments, and some large clients’ next‑generation products have entered mass production.
