Amazon spent more than $77 bln on property and equipment in Q3 as it accelerates data-center buildout to support AI services; the outlays drove a free cash flow outflow of $42.4 bln. Revenue rose 12% YoY to $201.9 bln; AWS sales growth accelerated for a sixth straight quarter while signs of slowing emerged in the core online business. The company expanded data-center capacity to increase enterprise compute supply and said in July that storage‑chip shortages could push 2026 capex to about $220 bln, above prior forecasts.
