Across the electronics, communications and computer sectors, 27 stocks with market caps above CNY20 bln have at least five analyst coverages and a consensus forecasted upside exceeding 100%. Historically, low-valuation names have shown higher likelihood of rebound. Analysts project 2027 P/Es for Jianqiao Technology, Jiangbolong, Xinyisheng and Zhongji Xuchuang to be in the single digits.

However, the Chicago Fed's current model predicts the likely direction of change in the official BLS unemployment rate, indicating that the U.S. unemployment rate is more likely to decline in October. The probability of a decline in the unemployment rate is 5 percentage points higher than the probability of an increase.
