On Oct. 30 Ukrainian President Zelenskiy said Kyiv will expand long-range strike
forces, has identified "key priority targets" for long-range strikes, and is
working to enable drones and missiles to reach deeper into Russian territory.
Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said Russia’s position on the conflict has not
changed, called Zelenskiy’s remarks unhelpful for preparing a new round of
talks, and said fundamental issues between Russia and the United States remain
unresolved.
