Iran's Supreme National Security Council secretary said on Oct. 31 Tehran has
not made any new decision to modify its nuclear strategy. He said public
pressure has grown after attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities, and the current
debate centers on whether Iran would stick to its previous strategy if war
resumes.
