Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee said in a video address at the Greater Bay
Area Science Forum on Nov. 1 that the Hetao Shenzhen‑Hong Kong Science and
Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone’s Hong Kong park now houses more than 120
tech companies and institutions. He said Hong Kong is leveraging the zone’s “one
river, two banks” and “one zone, two parks” framework to coordinate with
adjacent San Tin Technology City, aiming to create upstream‑midstream‑downstream
synergies and integrate with Greater Bay Area industrial supply chains.
