On Nov 1 local time, the Sudan Armed Forces said drone strikes hit multiple
energy facilities in River Nile and Northern states, severely damaging a power
station in Abu Hamed, a power station in Dalaba and two fuel storage facilities,
triggering widespread power outages across central and northern Sudan. The SAF
blamed the Rapid Support Forces for the attacks; the RSF had not responded.
