Ukrainian President ZELENSKIY said on Nov. 1 on social media that Ukrainian forces launched long-range strikes inside Russia's Rostov region, hitting military-industrial facilities including the Kamyansky Joint Enterprise. He said they also struck a Pantsir air-defence system and an S-400 command-and-control vehicle, with the damaged air-defence assets valued at about $70 million.
