Iran foreign minister Araghchi said the three regional states referred to as
"Tubasha" jointly signed the Mecca agreement but did not visit Tehran as pact
members; they came as three major regional states seeking consultations with
Iran. He called it a very good start, described their attitude as positive and
constructive, and said the four countries agreed to continue multilevel talks.
