At the close of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts declined, with Shanghai silver falling over 4%, fuel oil falling over 3%, Shanghai gold falling nearly 3%, and platinum, polysilicon, paraxylene, coking coal, and low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) falling over 2%. On the upside, eggs and red dates rose over 3%, methanol and alumina rose nearly 2%, and japonica rice, lithium carbonate, soybean meal, and glass rose over 1%.
