A major state-owned bank plans to extend new special re-lending quotas for share buyback and stake-increase loans to central SOEs China Guoxin and China Chengtong, with each allocation possibly reaching CNY100bn, sources said. The additional re-lending quota may exceed the initial amount the bank provided to those entities in 2024 when the tool was introduced.
