Naipu Mining Machinery said its Chile and Peru production bases are progressing; the Chile plant has not started production due to local approval processes, while the Peru plant is in equipment installation and is expected to start production in H2 2027. Existing operating capacity can meet current orders. The company is optimistic about sustained demand for mine wear-resistant spare parts, citing: elevated copper and gold prices supporting miner profitability and potential CAPEX expansion; a replacement cycle kicking in after the 2008–2012 global mining CapEx peak given ~15-year equipment lifespans; accelerating penetration and substitution by high-end rubber-composite wear parts; and high-frequency replacement of flotation/processing consumables whose service lives are typically only a few months.
