Iranian Foreign Minister Araqchi: The consultations conducted through the mediators (Qatar and Pakistan) have been very intensive. We have presented our conditions and proposals, and everything depends on whether Washington is politically rational. If they choose sincere diplomacy, we are willing to cooperate; but if they attempt deception or take military action, they will face a more painful and severe retaliation than ever before.
