Bloomberg energy and commodities columnist Javier Blas suggests that the fact that the US will arrange peace talks between Ukraine and Russia in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, from November 10th to 11th may indicate that Washington intends to prolong negotiations with Iran. Alternatively, it could be a smokescreen to lull Tehran into a false sense of security.
