China's Foreign Ministry said on Nov. 3 that Sultan Haitham bin Tariq held talks with President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang during a state visit, reaching important consensus and agreeing a top-level framework to advance China‑Oman relations. China said it will work with Oman to implement the leaders' consensus and push the strategic partnership to a higher level.
