On Nov 3 in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China and Greece held the 15th China‑Greece
economic and trade joint committee meeting, co-chaired by the MOFCOM vice
minister and Greece’s deputy foreign minister. China said the sides have made
gains in trade and investment, ports and shipping, green energy, tourism and
agriculture, and signaled willingness to deepen cooperation in services trade,
the digital economy and the marine economy to generate new growth points.
Beijing also noted China and the EU held two regular meetings of the China‑EU
trade and investment consultation mechanism this year, reached a series of
agreements, and said it will continue dialogue with the EU on the basis of
reciprocity, balance and WTO rules to help maintain stable China‑EU economy
relations.
