Lian Micro said its silicon-wafer shipments are roughly 30% lightly doped and
70% heavily doped. Its 12-inch heavily doped line is at full capacity. The
company had previously limited 12-inch light-doped test-wafer orders due to low
test-wafer pricing; with product prices rising it is now ramping 12-inch
light-doped output and expects to reach full production in 1H next year.
