At its Q3 2026 results briefing, Juhua said it is prioritizing restart of its UAE plant and pursuing multiple logistics routes. Limited raw-material shipments reached the UAE facility during temporary easing of strait transit, but full production restart remains constrained by strait shipping conditions. High-end fluoropolymers and fine chemicals require lengthy certification and market development; PFPE and PFA remain in certification and ramp-up phases with modest volume growth from a small base. PTFE application for next‑generation CCL is in early-stage validation and carries uncertainty. An integrated high‑performance fluoro-chlorine materials project is in active trial production; TFE and HFP units have produced qualified product.
