Nov 3, 2026 — The PBOC conducted its third securities, fund and insurance company swap facility (SFISF) operation. China Merchants Securities participated and won an allocation, and says it will promptly advance related financing and investment activity. The firm added it will continue to use the SFISF tool to support market liquidity, revive trading activity and bolster investors confidence to help stabilize China's capital markets.
