According to Iran's Tasnim News Agency, Iranian Parliament Speaker Qaribaf stated in a parliamentary address that recent price increases and volatility have placed heavy pressure on Iranian families, and the government and regulatory bodies must take immediate action to safeguard people's livelihoods. Qaribaf emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran demands that the government and regulatory bodies, particularly the Ministry of Justice and government disciplinary bodies, immediately implement serious and effective oversight of the commodity distribution and pricing system.
