In an interview with The New York Times, Trump defended some of his most unpopular policies.
He stated that he did not regret his decision to wage war against Iran and believed that voters agreed with his stance on the issue. However, Trump also acknowledged that voters were unhappy with gasoline prices.
He said, "They don't care about Iran, but they might not be so happy about the price of gas."
