In response to the US midterm election results, Iranian Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf stated that the American people made a choice between "conscience" and "cost of living," clearly saying "no" to war, and Iran agrees with this signal. Ghalibaf further warned that if the US government betrays the will of its own people and instead serves "international financiers and blackmailers," it will realize that Iran's "no" is accompanied by a "nightmare."
