Recall S2026M0133I: 47,347 domestically produced Prado hybrid vehicles manufactured between July 15, 2024 and Oct. 6, 2026. Recall S2026M0134I: 8,130 imported Lexus GX550h hybrid vehicles manufactured between Feb. 28, 2024 and Oct. 1, 2026. Reported defect: the fuel-pipe quick-connector retainer may be lifted by external force; under certain in-use impact conditions the fuel pipe could detach, causing fuel leakage and a safety hazard.
