Arm (ARM.O) reported FY2026 Q2 revenue $1.44bn, up 27% YoY and above consensus
$1.38bn; adjusted EPS $0.52 vs $0.47 expected. Q3 revenue guidance about
$1.54bn, roughly in line with the $1.53bn consensus. Data-center demand tied to
AI offsets smartphone weakness. Arm said it is shifting from an architecture
licensor toward a chipmaker; its in‑house CPUs could contribute up to $2.0bn of
revenue across FY2027–28. CEO Haas said confidence in hitting that target has
risen but supply capacity currently constrains growth. Q2 licensing revenue rose
50% YoY to $773m; royalties rose 8% to $670m. Shares traded volatile after the
print—initially up more than 4% in after-hours, later down about 3.8%.
