Guoxing Aerospace announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to issue approximately 30.12 million H shares in its Hong Kong listing (subject to the exercise of the offering adjustment right and over-allotment option), with an issue price ranging from HK$24.9 per share to HK$33.2 per share, and trading is expected to commence on November 13.
