EU head of delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina Luigi Soreca said on the 4th
that Bosnia made no substantive progress toward European integration over the
past year. He warned that if Bosnia fails to meet conditions to implement the
Western Balkans Growth Plan by year-end, the EU may further cut its funding
support.
