[Zhuhai Plans to Acquire Idle Land from Huafa Group for 181 Million Yuan] On November 4th, the Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources issued a "Public Notice on the Price of Acquiring and Reclaiming Idle Land." The notice stated that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Notice of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Using Local Government Special Bond Funds to Acquire and Reclaim Idle Land" (Natural Resources Development [2024] No. 242), and with the approval of the municipal government and after consultation with the land user, it is proposed to acquire and reclaim the land use rights of one plot of state-owned construction land. It is understood that Zhuhai City attaches great importance to the reform and development of Huafa Group, and has already provided over 40 billion yuan in support funds through resource integration and restructuring, market-oriented operations, etc. It will subsequently coordinate nearly 70 billion yuan of various resources to fully support the company in coping with phased challenges and promoting business transformation and upgrading.
