Zhuhai plans to repurchase one state-owned construction land-use right from Huafa Group for CNY 181 mln under a Ministry of Natural Resources notice permitting use of local government special bond proceeds to buy back idle land (Natural Resources [2024] No.242). The city says it has already deployed over CNY 40 bln in support for Huafa via resource integration and market-oriented measures and will coordinate roughly CNY 70 bln more to aid the group's restructuring and business transformation.
