[Prosecution Filed Against Ma Xingrui for Suspected Bribery] The Supreme People's Procuratorate announced that the case of Ma Xingrui, former member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and former deputy head of the Central Rural Work Leading Group, suspected of bribery, has been concluded by the National Supervisory Commission and transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution. The Supreme People's Procuratorate has made a decision to arrest Ma Xingrui on suspicion of bribery and designated the Yichang Municipal People's Procuratorate of Hubei Province to review and prosecute the case. Recently, the Yichang Municipal People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution with the Yichang Intermediate People's Court.
