Nov 5 — Kremlin press secretary Peskov said at a briefing that under a Russia–US
agreement all Russian diesel bound for the United States will find buyers. He
urged against linking recent tanker route changes to the US midterm elections
and said commercial details are not being disclosed. Earlier reports said two of
three tankers bound for the US rerouted after threats from US Democrats and
authorities to related firms.
