Cloudflare raised full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $1.35 from a prior $1.25–$1.26 range, above the Street consensus of $1.27, saying AI-driven demand is boosting network-service demand. This is the third upward revision this year. CEO Matthew Prince said "we have accelerated growth, achieving our fastest revenue growth in nearly four years while expanding profitability." Shares were up 24% YTD at Thursday close and jumped about 20% in after-hours trading. Recent results show rapid growth across internet infrastructure, security and developer services.
