Nasdaq futures extend gains to about 1% after earlier losses of more than 1%. Micron Technology (MU.O) rose 5.5% in after-hours trading, SanDisk (SNDK.O) gained 6%, AMD (AMD.O) added 5% and NVIDIA (NVDA.O) was up 2.4%.
