Per Tianjin heating regulations and meteorological consultation, city heating
systems began commissioning on Nov 7 and will enter official supply at 00:00 on
Nov 15. During commissioning, city-wide cogeneration units were started and
heating stations conducted hot-fire trials; crews are inspecting and testing
heating infrastructure, gradually warming and pressurizing the district heating
network, venting residential systems building-by-building and repairing leaks to
ensure stable operation.
