Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE): The standard fee for delivery of sunflower seed oil futures and the fee for warehouse receipt transfer (including warehouse receipt transfer in futures-to-spot transactions) is RMB 0.5 per ton. The actual fee collection shall be in accordance with the "Notice on Exempting Fees for Hedging Opening, Delivery, Warehouse Receipt Transfer and Standard Warehouse Receipts as Margin" (Zhengshanghan [2025] No. 945).

He said the overnight sell-off appeared driven by investor concerns that Democrats, at federal or state level, may pursue regulation of the AI sector and limit data center construction. Mach added that AI trade sentiment had already shown fragility and the US market displayed several late-cycle features, so the episode could trigger a more prolonged unwind of the AI trade.
