Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation posted a public notice that China National Petroleum Group Kunlun Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Unitree Technology Co., Ltd. among other parties have filed to establish a joint venture; notice period runs Nov 4–13, 2026. Under the agreement, Kunlun Manufacturing and its concert party China National Petroleum Group Kunlun Capital Co., Ltd. will hold 60% of the JV, while Unitree Technology and Beijing Panjie Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. will each hold 20%. The JV will provide industrial embodied intelligent robot solutions; Kunlun Manufacturing, Unitree and Panjie will jointly control the company.
