The CSRC’s Department of International Cooperation issued a recording notice for Suzhou Denglin Technology Co., Ltd.'s overseas offering and conversion to full circulation. The company plans to issue up to 11,040,000 overseas-listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; 45 shareholders intend to convert a total of 54,583,999 domestic unlisted shares into overseas-listed shares for trading on HKEX.
